A summary of all Convictions and Felony Deferred Adjudications across the State of Texas. Database is populated by data entry at the State level and is replaced monthly. Reports Searched Back to 1993 in most cases. Does not disclose arrest records or warrants.
COUNTY CRIMINAL FELONY & MISDEMEANOR SEARCH
County criminal searches provide information resulting from Arrests of Felony and Misdemeanor Offences. This search is performed by professional researchers who go directly to the court house and conduct an on-site investigation. Felony offenses are usually punishable by serving at least one year in jail. Misdemeanors (less severe charges) usually result in punishment of a fine or jail time of less than one year. These records do not include expunged, sealed or juvenile convictions. Arrest & warrants will be disclosed along with the history of each incident. Reports Searched Back 7- 10 Years Depending on jurisdiction.
FEDERAL CRIMINAL REPORT
Certain offences are violations of Federal law as opposed to state or local law and are recorded in a US District Federal Courts. US District Courts are divided by geographical region with each state. Federal violations for the most part will not appear in statewide or county records. Federal criminal offenses include, but are not limited to:
